The battery uses Lithium Manganese Dioxide technology and provides a 12V DC, 4.2Ah capacity. A new battery can provide at least 200 shocks or up to 8 hours of operating time at room temperature, according to CU Medical’s specifications.
The battery has a standby life of at least five years from the date of manufacture when stored and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The battery is disposable and should not be recharged.
