Refund and Returns Policy
At AEDdonate we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the goods are no longer required, they must be re-packaged as received. To prevent any damage in transit back to us, you must repackage the box if you have opened it to examine the product. The components and accessories must be returned in their original condition. To return your product, you should post your product to: AEDdonate, Unit 14 Emerald Way, Stone Business Park, Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 0SR.
For the return of your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
If a defibrillator, electrode or battery has been ordered in error and the sealed packet has been opened or the battery has been inserted into the AED, AEDdonate is unable to accept the product back for a refund.
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@aeddonate.org.uk and send your item to: AEDdonate, Unit 14 Emerald Way, Stone Business Park, Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 0SR.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 5-7 of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
