While attending a meeting at St Luke’s Parish Church in Tittensor, Staffordshire, Trevor’s life took a sudden and unexpected turn. In the middle of the gathering, he collapsed from Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). The shock of the moment was palpable for everyone present, and it was clear that immediate action was crucial. Sudden Cardiac Arrest can affect anyone, anywhere, and in those critical moments, every second counts.

Within a minute, the AED was applied, and alongside CPR, it supported Trevor until paramedics arrived. It was the quick thinking and confidence of the community around him that made all the difference. Their calm, collective response turned a critical moment into a life-saving one – proving how powerful a prepared and caring community can be.
