On the 10th May 2019, we had the great pleasure in announcing the winner for our latest raffle car. The draw took place during the AEDdonate Charity Ball at Aston Marina and was witnessed by, everyone attending the ball, Charity Trustees, the AEDdonate team and our live Facebook audience. The winning ticket was picked out at random by the Stone Town Mayor Councillor Mrs. Kristan Green.
Will Parkinson from Stone, Staffordshire is now the proud owner of the car! Will was super shocked to win the top raffle prize after only buying a ticket on the night of the ball.
We watched the little KA+ drive off on its merry way on Wednesday 29th May. The raffle car had been a part of our team for 12 months and enabled us to attend countless training sessions as well as forming part of our community engagement campaign. Raising awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest is vital in the day to day work that we do and the car really helped us to engage with a wider audience.
We’d also like to send our thanks to Hill and Swift, our local independent Ford dealer for their continued support as always, without their help and dedication this project would never have been possible.
Congratulations Will! Shame you didn’t keep the stickers!
